This case study covers more than 10 years of cooperation with Gühring, the official representative of the German company Gühring, which sells industrial tools in Ukraine.

UHY Prostir provides the company with bookkeeping services, calculates payroll, handles HR processes and prepares management reports for the headquarters in Germany.

## The task: align accounting with business needs and international group requirements

The company needed to expand its operations while maintaining the quality of accounting, control over documents and timely reporting.

Several parallel accounting processes and a heavy workload on the team required agreed rules, a clear division of responsibility and regular communication with the headquarters.

## How we organized outsourced accounting

We set up the accounting processes in line with the requirements of the international group:

- the procedure for processing and approving source documents;
- regular control procedures;
- closing of accounting periods;
- preparation of management reports for the headquarters in Germany;
- interaction with the group's responsible specialists.

Our ongoing services cover bookkeeping, settlements, payroll, report preparation and communication with the headquarters.

## HR administration and an on-site specialist at the client's office

We handle HR procedures, maintain documentation and registers, and advise on Ukrainian labor law.

For day-to-day interaction, our specialist is at the client's office 4–5 days a week. This format makes it faster to process documents, clarify information and resolve day-to-day issues together with the company's team.

## Preparation for external audits and group reviews

During our cooperation, we assisted the company during several external audits and reviews by the headquarters. We prepared accounting data and documents, explained the figures and responded to requests within the scope of our accounting services.
