Company documents

- Certificate issued by the Audit Public Oversight Body of Ukraine dated September 25, 2023.
- Certificate of compliance of the quality control system: the audit firm has passed an external review of its quality control system for audit services, established in accordance with auditing standards, auditors’ professional ethics, and legal and regulatory requirements.
- A 2018 letter from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development concerning the compliance of Limited Liability Company “Audit Company ‘UHY Prostir LTD’” with the criteria for audit firms that work with the EBRD.
- A 2011 letter from the World Bank concerning the company’s compliance with requirements for audits of projects financed by the bank.
International network and professional liability
UHY Prostir is a member firm of UHY International. The UHY network is a member of the Forum of Firms, an association of international audit networks and firms. Membership applies to the network and doesn’t mean that UHY Prostir is a separate member of the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC).
Our professional liability insurance covers errors that result in financial losses for clients, with a coverage limit of UAH 10 million. Insurance payouts depend on the policy terms, the nature of the claim and the applicable limitations.
