We hold a certificate of conformity to ISO/IEC 27001:2022 — the current 2022 edition of the international standard for information security management.
Certification was carried out by TNV System Certification, accredited by IAS under the IAF mark; certificate status can be verified in the public registry at iafcertsearch.org.
The scope extends to accounting, payroll calculation, HR administration, and consulting services — including the processing and protection of clients’ financial, personal, and confidential information within these services.
Outsourcing accounting or payroll means handing a provider some of the most sensitive information a company has: payment data, contract terms, employees’ personal data. Certification means that access to this information, its storage, transmission, and incident response follow formalized procedures — not informal agreement. This has been verified by an external auditor, not simply claimed by us. This is not a one-time procedure. The certificate is valid until 20 July 2029, with the system undergoing annual surveillance audits — the next in 2027 and 2028.
If procedures cease to be followed, the certificate is subject to withdrawal. Available on request for tenders, due diligence, and data processing agreements.
