Ilona joined UHY Prostir as an assistant and progressed to become Chief Operating Officer and Partner of its Accounting Services, Payroll and HR Administration practice.
She is responsible for the practice’s day-to-day operations: coordinating teams, organizing how they work together and improving work processes. Her role is to ensure clear responsibilities and coordinated delivery of tasks, so that service quality is maintained as the workload grows.
She combines practical experience in accounting and taxation with the management of operational processes.
