Nataliia joined UHY Prostir as an assistant in the accounting outsourcing team and progressed to partner. In 2025, she became Head of Innovation, focusing on process automation and the adoption of digital technology.
She coordinates artificial intelligence projects and the development of corporate digital services. Her work has helped automate routine tasks in accounting and administrative processes, reducing manual work and giving specialists more time for analysis, professional judgment and client interaction.
Her experience in accounting outsourcing helps Nataliia understand the team's day-to-day tasks and find practical solutions. An important part of her role is helping colleagues learn new tools and use them in their professional work.
