Olha heads the legal practice of the UHY Prostir group, the Olha Petrukhina Law Firm. She is responsible for managing the firm’s lawyers and attorneys and overseeing client projects. Under her leadership, the firm handles contractual and corporate matters, tax disputes, and the protection of clients’ interests in court.
She joined the company as an assistant and progressed to become a partner and head of the legal practice.
The approach is based on understanding the client’s objectives, a sound legal position, and open discussion of options and limitations. The focus is on protecting the client’s interests and consistently implementing agreed solutions.
