With UHY Prostir since 2003
Oleksandr is a co-founder of UHY Prostir and initiates technological change within the firm. He has been developing the firm since 2003. Today, it provides audit, accounting and legal services, processes payroll and advises on tax matters.
As managing partner, he is responsible for the firm's strategy, technology development, support for the management team and organization of sales. He believes the firm should be a place where anyone who wants to grow can fulfill their ambitions and progress from assistant to partner.
He is an automation evangelist: he explores new opportunities and encourages the team to adopt modern technologies in everyday life. His approach is that people should focus on tasks that require professional judgment, problem-solving and interaction with clients, while automated systems and software robots should handle routine, repetitive tasks.
His management approach is built on clear processes, clearly defined responsibilities and open dialogue. Before automating work, it's important to understand how it's organized, what outcome the client needs and what will help the team achieve that outcome consistently.
For Oleksandr, technology is a way to make professional work more meaningful. A professional's value lies in their ability to understand a situation, identify risks, explain their conclusions and help the client make a decision.
For him, the development of UHY Prostir is therefore linked to developing people and improving how the firm works.
